1. Limited warranty

The limited warranty for Brax products purchased from our store is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery (the "Limited Warranty"). This Limited Warranty covers hardware components of the product(s) as originally supplied, and defects caused by workmanship or materials. It does not cover the issues listed under the Limited Warranty Exclusions.

The Limited Warranty is valid only in the original country or region of purchase.

To make a claim, you must provide:

  • The original proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation),
  • The product’s model and serial number,
  • Photo evidence of the defect.

Any repair or replacement covered by the Limited Warranty, including shipping and handling, will be provided at no cost within the 1-year warranty period. Repairs may involve the use of rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts. In some cases, the product may be replaced entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned, or new product.

Beyond the warranty, we offer after-sales assistance through the sale of spare parts and detailed repair guides for self-repair.

This Limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers the following issues:

  • Hardware Failures: Any defects in the physical components of the device.
  • Battery Issues: Significant battery problems that affect the normal operation of the phone.
  • Software Malfunctions: Software-related issues that make the device unusable and cannot be resolved through an over-the-air update.

We cover all costs related to repairing or replacing the faulty device, including return shipping, repair costs, and shipping the product back to you.

Please note: Accessories such as chargers, cables, and other peripherals are not covered by the warranty.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The following are not covered under the Limited Warranty:

  • Software, consumable items, and accessories, even if sold with the product.
  • Defects or damage from accidents, neglect, misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, or exposure to liquid, moisture, dirt, or other extreme conditions.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) unless caused by us.
  • Damage from excessive force or using metallic objects on the touch panel.
  • Products with removed, defaced, damaged, or altered serial numbers.
  • Ordinary wear and tear.
  • Damage from using unauthorized accessories or equipment not approved by us.
  • Damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or service not approved by us.
  • Damage caused by external forces such as collisions, fire, flooding, lightning, earthquakes, or exposure to severe weather conditions.
  • Issues arising from cellular signal reception, transmission, or viruses introduced into the product.
  • Products not purchased from our store or authorized resellers. For such products, please contact the original point of sale for support.

The following types of damage or issues are excluded from our warranty:

If your device has experienced any of the above types of damage, we are happy to offer advice on how you can proceed with repairs, though these repairs will not be covered under warranty.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@braxtech.net to report the issue and start the process.
  2. We will cover the cost of shipping the device back to us for inspection.
  3. If, after inspection, the device is found to not be faulty or covered by the warranty, we will charge the customer for both the shipping cost to return the device to you and the return shipping cost we initially covered.
  4. Processing Time: We aim to process all warranty claims within 5 business days from the time we receive the product.
  5. Phone replacement: We will replace your faulty product with a new one (if returned within 30 days from purchase) or with a refurbished one (if returned after 30 days from purchase and within the warranty period).

Cross-Shipping Option: For faster resolution, we offer a cross-shipping service. You may purchase a new or refurbished phone, and the purchase will be fully discounted once we receive your returned phone and determine that it is faulty under the warranty. The terms for cross-shipping are as follows:

  • If the warranty claim is made within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund for the new phone you have purchased as part of the cross-shipping process.
  • If the claim is made after the first 30 days and within the 1-year warranty period, you will receive a full refund for the refurbished phone you have purchased as part of the cross-shipping process.

5. Out-of-Warranty Support

If your device is no longer under warranty or the issue is not covered, we still want to support you. We offer:

  • Spare Parts: Customers can purchase genuine spare parts for their devices.
  • Repair Guides: We provide detailed guides to help you carry out repairs on your own or with the help of a professional.

6. Geographical Restrictions

Please note that our warranty is only valid within the region to which the product was originally delivered. We require that any warranty returns be shipped from the country where the product was initially shipped.

7. Proof of Purchase

To claim your warranty, please provide the following:

  • Order Reference Number
  • Product Serial Number

These details will help us verify your purchase and eligibility for warranty service.

8. Transferability of Warranty

Our warranty is fully transferable. If you sell or gift the device to another person, the new owner will be able to claim the warranty as long as they can provide the order reference number and the product’s serial number.
